WHO IS ARTIPLANTO?
Artiplanto is an artificial plants specialty brand, offering premium, handcrafted faux plants to home décor experts, interior designers, real estate companies, commercial corporations, and direct to consumer.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS FROM ARTIPLANTO?
Flat rate shipping is offered on all small orders under $100 pre-tax. To any location in Canada or across the US, shipping is a flat fee of $12. For all orders above $100 pre-tax, after promotional deductions have been taken, we provide free shipping.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES & FEES?
Delivery time for Artiplanto orders vary. If something you’ve ordered has already been crafted by hand and is in-stock, delivery is 3-5 business days in North America. Unfortunately, due to challenges relating to COVID-19 and interruptions in the global supply chain, shipping estimates may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience at this time as we refine our shipping to be the fastest and most affordable it can be, prioritizing the customer.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT’S SHIPPED?
All Artiplanto orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday. Once the item is shipped, all customers are sent an email with the relevant order tracking information, if there is any to include from the shipper.
WHAT IS ARTIPLANTO’S RETURN POLICY?
Artiplanto believes in the quality of our products and we want to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their order. If there’s something we can do, we’re happy to consider it. As of right now, we only accept returns from Canada only. Due to US-Canada border restrictions and regulations, all USA orders are considered final-sale. Furthermore, a product must be unused, contained in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received, and can only be returned within 14 days after receipt of the order.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘BILLING ADDRESS’ AND ‘SHIPPING ADDRESS’?
When putting in your order with Artiplanto, payment information will require a billing address. This is the address used to register the account you are making payment from. Also required to complete your order is a shipping address. This is where you want the product shipped to. The billing address and shipping address may be the same or different.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Sign in to your Artiplanto account. To change your password, simply visit the settings and put in your new password. An email confirmation will be sent off shortly afterward confirming the password switch.
HOW DO I CONTACT ARTIPLANTO?
You can contact Artiplanto by either filling out the Contact Us form, sending us an email at service@artiplanto.com, or by sending a text or making a phone call to 1-855-722-1818. When contacting us, have your order number ready.

To be considered for an Influencer Partnership, we do ask your page is at least 40% home décor, that you are based in USA or Canada, and that your social media pages have 100,000+ highly engaged followers.

WHAT PRODUCT CATEGORIES DOES ARTIPLANTO CURRENTLY OFFER?
Artiplanto offers several sizes in artificial potted plants, from artificial tabletop plants to those at 3 feet, 5 feet, 6.5 feet, 8 feet, 10 feet, and above. You can also find artificial succulent arrangements, artificial boxwood topiary plants, and premium faux Christmas trees.
We also offer planters and rugs. Under planters, a customer has the ability to choose from brass, cement, metal, and seagrass. Under our rug selection, you will find various sizes and shapes. All rugs are made from either linen or wool.
As Artiplanto has continued to expand its product line, you can also find through our website artificial hanging plants, potted hanging plants, artificial pampas grass arrangements, artificial flower bouquets, and artificial wreaths, among other home décor favourites.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICES TO BUSINESSES ORDERING?
If you are a business ordering Artiplanto products to feature in your store or are an interior decorator, interior designer, or work in home staging, we encourage you to sign up for the Artiplanto Trade Program. We often provide special pricing depending on the order, include express shipping on orders, and also coordinate custom made-to-order products for industry professionals.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Artiplanto.com ships to Canada and the United States only. However, our sister site, Artiplanto.eu ships to various countries in Europe as well. Beyond this range, we do not ship internationally although this could change in the future according to demand.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR WHOLESALE AND DISTRIBUTION?

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE OR SHOWROOM FOR THE PRODUCTS?
Presently, Artiplanto products are only on display at a physical store or showroom by visiting the Canada Pop-Store at 3003 Boulevard le Carrefour, Unit R17 in Laval, Quebec, Canada. We operate two warehouses – one in Champlain, New York and the other in Val-David, Quebec – as well.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
The only way you can cancel or change an order is if it’s done prior to it being shipped. Once your Artiplanto order is shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. The purchase is then subject to our return policy.
ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS AND DATA SECURE?
Artiplanto offers secure payment methods online directly through Artiplanto.com and Artiplanto.eu, as powered by Shopify. All payment information and data is kept secure through Shopify standards and policies. Among the payment methods accepted include American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
